Overview

FreshMart is built around fast, reliable grocery delivery and convenient pickup. This page explains how delivery works for our storefront. Exact fees, minimums, and postcodes available at checkout may vary by region as you configure your live store.

Delivery windows

You choose a time slot that fits your day — same-day and next-day options appear when capacity allows. We batch routes to keep drivers efficient and to reduce emissions. If we need to adjust your window due to weather or high demand, we will notify you as early as possible.

Fees and minimums

Delivery fees and order minimums are displayed before you pay. Members or promotions may qualify for reduced fees or free delivery on qualifying orders. Service fees, if any, help cover picking, packing, and platform operations and are shown transparently at checkout.

Fresh and frozen items

Perishables travel in insulated bags with ice packs or temperature-controlled totes where required. Please refrigerate or freeze temperature-sensitive items promptly after handoff. If something arrives outside our quality standards, see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Pickup

For pickup orders, bring your confirmation code or app QR code. We will hold your order for a limited time after your slot; unclaimed orders may be restocked and refunded per store policy.

Address and access

Provide a complete address, gate codes, and delivery notes (building entrance, apartment number). If the driver cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned and fees may apply.

Substitutions

If an item is out of stock, your shopper may suggest a close substitute at a similar price. You can approve substitutions in advance in your account settings or decline them for a refund of the missing item.
