Our freshness promise

We want every FreshMart order to meet your expectations for quality. If produce, meat, dairy, or other perishables are damaged, spoiled on arrival, or not what you ordered, tell us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can make it right.

How to report an issue

  • Open your order in account history and select the item, or email us through the Contact page with photos if helpful.
  • Include your order number and a short description of the problem.
  • Our team will review and respond with a refund, replacement credit, or other resolution as appropriate.

Non-perishable items

Unopened pantry, household, and sealed items in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery in many regions, subject to local regulations. Some items (personal care, clearance) may be final sale — check the product page or receipt.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible, or as store credit if you prefer or if the payment network requires it. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Missing or incorrect items

If something is missing from your bag or you received the wrong product, report it within 48 hours. We will refund the item or arrange a redelivery when stock allows.

Promotional and bundle pricing

If you return part of a bundle or promotion, refunds may be recalculated to reflect the value of kept items and any discounts applied to the order.
